Welcome to our class!

Our class web site will be a creative way of linking your home with our classroom!  We will connect our school subjects to the rest of the world! As a family it would be "time well spent" to explore some of our upcoming links in order to enhance what your child is learning in Simonville!  To increase your ownership of our site, I would appreciate any suggestions of links that you have discovered that would enrich the rest of your classmate's visits!

We would especially be interested in web pages of some of your favorite authors, interactive learning sites that compliment our themes, or simply some of your favorite places that share cool information!

As Spiderman might say, "The Web's the limit"--so let's start our adventures!

Building Strong Minds!
My Mission Statement for Our Class

Yellow Spinning Star

Day by day, I will strive to minister to the emotional, social, physical, and academic needs of each of the students placed in my care.  I will use my voice to encourage and instruct the special person each child is and can become.  I will use my hands to guide the success of each child's performance and emotions in a positive direction.  I will use my eyes to convey my interest and love that I have for that child and his or her cares and concerns.  I will use my ears to hear beyond the words and into the hearts that make each student feel like a success or a failure.  I will use my brain to creatively challenge and discern the special steps I need to take to ensure that each of my students become the best they can be!

A child needs a parent for many reasons--to model, to nurture, to protect, to guide, and to love!
